COVID-19 UPDATE
July 2021
To Our Valued Patients,
At Vancouver Sleep Solutions, we are committed to keeping you, ourselves, our friends, and families safe.
Since the arrival of COVID-19, we have taken the necessary precautions to keep our patients and staff safe, including the downsizing of services and conducting more virtual appointments when possible. We want to thank you for your patience during this time.
As B.C moves into stage 3 of the re-opening plan I want to let you all know that you can count on our continued commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards. As we move forward, we ask for your patience as some protocols will remain in place while others will be changed:
Virtual Services: We continue to support telephone or virtual consultation appointments, if possible, to support people who do not feel comfortable attending an in-person appointment.
Plexi-shields: We have installed a temporary Plexiglass barrier in the treatment area to provide additional health protection.
Physical distancing: We ask that you respect physical distancing throughout your visit.Β
Health Screening: If you feel ill, stay home and let us know that you’d like to rebook your appointment.
Increased sanitation: We continue to implement increased cleaning protocols, which includesβbut isnβt limited toβthe availability and use of hand sanitizer, disinfecting patient areaβs between appointments, as well as regular sanitizing of high touch items and areas.Β An increased focus will be continue to be placed on the disinfection of patient-use equipment and supplies.
Facial Coverings: While not mandatory it is recommended while in the clinic, however the office building still requires masks while inside and when in elevators.
Stay safe & Stay healthy!
